Jason and Kristin Stutheit

Jason and Kristin have been the Presidents of CEM since 2018. Jason first joined the company as a Lead Carpenter in 2006 and became a Project Manager in 2009, and works as Senior Project Manager as well as President. Kristin joined the company in 2017 as an office associate, and took on the role of Payroll Manger and Head of Human Resources in 2020.

As the Senior Project Manager, Jason works closely with the owner or owner’s representative, Architect, Project managers, and subcontractors to ensure quality is adhered to along with budgets.  Jason started working in residential construction full time in 1994. Through the years he has moved into commercial and medical construction and welcomes the challenges building in these fields present. He enjoys working with our customers to solve the issues that may arise during construction. He excels at working with the team to bring a project from paper to life, all while trying to make sure the customer understands the designer’s intent, and making sure the architect’s design is kept intact throughout the changes that may arise.
