With over nine years of experience in project management, Dillon has successfully managed numerous projects in dynamic, high-pressure settings. He is adept at handling budgets, schedules, subcontractors, change orders, and quality control, consistently meeting delivery deadlines. His experience encompasses field inspections, progress validation, cost tracking, and effective stakeholder communication. As a former leader in Army aviation operations, he brings a wealth of experience in compliance, inspections, and structured reporting. His work in residential construction has equipped him with skills transferable to multi-site retail construction environments.
