Brian Saucier
Project Manager
Brian comes from an extensive military background. He joined the civil engineering unit in 2008 where he acted as a shop supervisor to 7 airmen and worked on anything from concrete work to roof inspections. In 2017 he became a Production Controller for the Air National Guard where he was responsible for managing contracts for review and selections by the state. He wrote scopes of work, set up site walkthroughs, received bids and compiled package submissions as well as tasks like managing a preventative maintenance program, operating customer service lines and running reports for analysis. He moved on to Supply Technician Supervisor in 2019 where he was responsible for annual audit duties of purchases, tracking stock levels and engineering assets, maintaining files for purchasing, executing funds through Government Purchasing Card Transactions, determining appropriate equipment, and staffing and spearheading annual inventories. He recently joined the CEM team in 2023 as a project manager, excelling at every task assigned to him. Two of his recent jobs include the RSU 3 Transportation Center project in Thorndike as well as the Bangor Central Fire Station renovations project. He is a valuable asset to CEM and has excellent customer service skills to complement his wide range of project management experience.
